Counselling Service

Do you often feel anxious or low, lost or confused? Are you experiencing difficulties in your relationships or do you find it hard to form positive attachments? Are you wanting to see change in your life and understand yourself better?

Good News Brighton offers individual counselling sessions in a safe and non-judgmental space, drawing on a wide range of therapeutic approaches and interventions tailored for each individual client. We offer short-term & open-ended therapy and work with children, adolescents & adults.

Fay Older is our BACP registered qualified counsellor, based at the Hillview Good News Centre in Moulsecoomb.

The initial consultation is free. After this, the full price for a session is £40. This can be discussed and amended depending on your financial situation—there are some partially-funded spaces available.

If you, or someone you know, could benefit from counselling sessions, we’d love to hear from you. You can use the contact form here. Alternatively you can call Fay on 07749 764 542 or email: [email protected].
